Kids aren’t always thrilled to see cut up vegetables in their lunch box. But if you add in a  flavourful dip to dip them in, they may just eat them all up! This dip is made with white navy beans which makes it a good wrap or sandwich spread as well.  If you or your kids need a break from eating cold cuts everyday, try a bean spread in your sandwich or wrap for your protein needs instead!

Makes just enough :)
